Commercial art Because of the nature of language, writing, and mankind's propensity and desire for effective communication, writing in the form we now have, is subject to the possibility of misinterpretation and miscommunication. In other words; we don’t always say what we mean and don’t always communicate what we want in the way we want to. In an effort to minimize confusion and to spawn or spur one’s imagination, many writers call upon the talents of ‘visual writers’. The commercial artist. |

Book Cover
In doing a book cover the idea comes first. What is the main idea you want to put across to the viewer of the book?? Another important parts of the book cover is the color of the cover, it set the mood of the book. You as the artist need to make the illustration a narrative in nature ( tell a story with your painting). |
